OPEN POSITIONS
ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
Typically, new to the communications field or in their professional career, account coordinators provide support and assist other account staff in the day-to-day management of client projects.
MEDIA COORDINATOR
The role of the Media Coordinator is an entry-level position that facilitates the learning required to become a media planning and buying professional. Media Coordinators are exposed to the research, planning and management of paid media channels.

INTERNSHIPS
Let’s learn together! Our internship opportunities deliver a fully immersive agency experience where career exploration and development are prioritized. To be considered for any Hirons internship, applicants must be a current sophomore, junior, senior, master’s student or recent graduate in good academic standing.
COMMUNICATION INTERNSHIP
Are you able to keep up in a fast-paced environment and keep all your ducks in a row? Communication interns work with account coordinators, account managers and account directors to learn the ins-and-outs of managing client relations. Dip your toes into the pool of strategic communications!

CREATIVE INTERNSHIP
Ready to unleash your creative spirit? Hirons’ Creative internship is for students with strong conceptual graphic design and extreme attention to detail. You will work with our designers and creative directors to deliver creative concepts and designs that truly stand out.

DIGITAL INTERNSHIP
Are you interested in pursuing a career in digital marketing? Gain firsthand experience through our digital internship. You will work with our digital team members to develop strategies to help our clients perform in a digital world.

Want to learn how your favorite ads got to where they are? Help tell a brand’s story with TV, radio, outdoor, print and digital media placement.

AMOS BROWN INTERNSHIP
The Amos Brown Internship, offered every summer, encourages students of color to seek careers in communications. Candidates for this position could be placed in the communications management, media or digital departments.

TOM HIRONS INTERNSHIP
The Tom Hirons Internship, offered every summer, is available for an Indiana University Media School student. This internship program is made possible in partnership with the IU Media School and honors Tom Hirons, founder of Hirons.
