After being named among the country’s 150 best places to work in health care, Eskenazi Health sought to promote this recognition to current and future employees. Hirons was tasked with creating a campaign that conveyed this messaging as well as Eskenazi Health’s appreciation of employees as valued members of the Eskenazi Health family.

SOLUTION/RESULTS

With a multimedia campaign that included radio, print, digital and outdoor digital boards, Hirons was able to increase recruitment engagement.

In digital performance alone, ads received over 957,000 impressions in one month. Through a successful and impressionable multimedia campaign, Eskenazi Health continues to see an increase in interested applicants.
