Eskenazi Health, with whom Hirons has shared a long-standing agency partnership, came to Hirons with the goal of further establishing its reputation as a comprehensive health system, not just a hospital. In order to gauge community awareness of Eskenazi Health’s 27 facilities and many service lines, Hirons conducted a series of focus groups and one-on-one interviews with Indianapolis residents.
Using the findings from these research efforts, Hirons was tasked with the development of a service line awareness campaign, beginning by highlighting Eskenazi Health’s primary care and orthopedic services.
Hirons developed a multimedia campaign which included radio, print, digital, outdoor, transit and video elements. The “I Am More” campaign featured actual primary care and orthopedic patients of Eskenazi Health, promoting the health system’s services through real stories and testimonials.
